Lie on your back with your feet on a slippery surface. Hike your right hip up slowly towards your ribs while reaching down with your left leg away from your ribs. Repeat on the other side. Keep repeating for 5 minutes.

Neck Pain Exercise - Deep Neck Flexors
Lie on your back with a small towel roll under your neck. Roll your chin down slowly and hold. Relax back to neutral. Repeat for 5 to 10 minutes.
